A LETTER FROM THE BOARD:
Dear Friend and Supporter,
What does art mean to you and your community? To The Collaborative, it’s a universal language that unites us all. Art makes us think, feel, and connect—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and ability. It celebrates individuality and gives everyone a voice.
“The Collaborative has given me a community that I’ll appreciate for years to come and a space that has so positively changed my life.” -Anonymous, former Intern
We stand by our mission as a non-juried art organization that welcomes all creatives. From printmaking and poetry nights to film projects with high schoolers and large community events like the Warren Folks Festival, we brought people together through creativity. This past year, we proudly partnered with local nonprofits, schools, and businesses—including the Health Equity Zone, The George Hail Library, LIFE Inc., Frerichs Farm, and others—to provide inclusive art opportunities.
As you know, it’s been a challenging year and for us a little more. Grant funding has decreased and our Executive Director, Sally Turner, stepped down to focus on her health. Still, our mission—to make art accessible and to foster wellbeing and connection through creativity—remains vital.
We need your help to continue our work. The Collaborative is a grassroots organization sustained by community support. Whether you’ve attended a free event, taken a class, or shared your talents, you’ve helped make our work possible. Your donations fund our work at 508 Main Street and our Gallery at The Archive at 4 Market Street, keeping art education, exhibitions, and performances accessible to all.

With your support, we can expand scholarships, improve accessibility, and grow our community programs. Together, we can keep creativity alive in Warren and beyond—uniting people, inspiring connection, and celebrating what makes us unique.
Thank you for believing in The Collaborative and the transformative power of art. We could not do our work without your ongoing generosity.
