THE DETAILS
FEES: we ask for a donation that reflects 10% (or more if you're feeling generous!) of the day's sales. That can be paid day of cash or check.
Event location is 30 Cutler St, Warren, RI. Festival hours are 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST on August 17th, 2024. Event Producers reserve the right to change the hours of operation at any time.
Vendor understands that booth/truck space allocation shall be at the discretion of the Event Producers. Vendor booths must be 10' x 10' self-contained displays and must be kept clean and presentable at all times, tables covered and all structural elements hidden from sight. Generators are allowed with prior permission from Event Producers, electricity will not be provided.
Vendor understands and agrees to be open and ready to serve during festival operating hours and will not close early. Vendors are expected either to be prepared with enough product to last the entire day or to make arrangements with Event Producers in advance to help coordinate your resupply.
Indemnification: Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, and hold harmless 30 Cutler, the Warren Folks Festival Producers, and any of the aforementioned parties assignees and contractors from and against any loss, liability, damage, injuries, or death resulting from participation in the Warren Folks Festival.
Vendor understands that they are responsible for themselves and their assignees and in no way will the Event Producers be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property nor any injuries to the Vendor and/or their assignees.
All applicable state and/or local sales taxes, permits, licenses, and/or inspection fees are the sole responsibility of the Vendor. Vendors must be licensed and fully insured.
Festival management reserves the right to decline, prohibit or expel any exhibit or exhibitor which in its judgment is not in keeping with the character of the show.
The Warren Folk’s Festival is an outdoor, ‘rain or shine’ event. If, due to extreme conditions, management decides not to open, to delay opening or to close early, we will post that information onto our Facebook page and make an announcement on site. Otherwise, there must be no dismantling of the booth or packing up before the conclusion of the festival or until a closing announcement is made.
Vendors and their assignees will need to check in upon arrival.
Free parking for all vendors and their assignees.
Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, (outdoor lights)
LEGAL STUFF
GENERAL RELEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF RULES - I, the applicant, do expressly release The Collaborative, its officers, directors, members and all volunteers directly associated with The Collaborative from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, property or goods which may arise from participation in the Warren Folk’s Festival. If this application is accepted, I give permission to use my name, business name, images submitted and any photographs or videotape taken at the show of me or my items for advertising and/or publicity purposes. Further, I give permission to publish my name, business name, website, city and state on the Collaborative website and social media. I make this application in good faith and am ready, willing and able to participate in the Warren Folk’s Festival upon acceptance. I understand that written notification of acceptance into the event implies a contract with all the duties, fees and obligations incumbent therein. I have read, understand and agree to comply with the exhibitor rules. I, the applicant, grant permission to The Collaborative to contact me using the email address listed herein.
