My works examines the idea of recycling and reusing. I use aluminum beverage cans, repurposing the materials to make my images. I worked over 35 years in corporate design, and I like exploring the idea that I am not only recycling the aluminum can itself, but also that I can reuse the graphic design work the went into making the cans. I like taking them for their inteneded purpose, as packaging for soda or beer, and giving them a new meaning.

Originally from Elkhart Indiana, I have live in New England since 1986, working as an athletic footwear designer until retiring and moving to Warren in 2024.
