Pale Mara is music written by Allison Robinson and Lee Godleski. They are a Brooklyn based band reveling in the new and sitting comfortably in the armchairs of the old. Folk, rock, country... sweet as tender, loose as a barrel of old-timey candy. This past December they released their first LP (self-titled) and also pressed to vinyl. “Lyrically Pale Mara hold nothing back from us here, producing tracks that evoke deep emotions through rich poetry accompanied by harmonies that touch on the most treasured elements of the American Songbook.” (gashouse radio)
David Kamm's mix of lyrical poetry, and expressive playing style, make the world a better place. His organic approach to guitar, banjo, and slide came together in the alternative 90’s music scene during which time he played with: Famous Potato, Construction Joe, Hank Williams Lonesome Cheatin’ Hearts Club Band, and The Billionaires. Currently a member of Brooklyn-based Pale Mara, and working on a new collection of instrumentals for guitar, Kamm maintains a pure and refined approach, while continuing to explore new ideas and sonic possibilities.
